What does a session feel like?
Most people describe it as a soft, rhythmic squeezing, similar to a gentle massage. You can adjust the intensity, and you should tell us if it is uncomfortable.
How long is a session?
Sessions typically run in the range of 15 to 45 minutes. We confirm timing when you book.
Who should not use it?
